Senior Account Executive

Dear candidate,

We are looking for an Senior Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities along with import and export documentation. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Busy Accounting Software and basic understanding of import/export processes.

Location - Kirti Nagar, Delhi

Exp - 2-5yrs

Salary - 30k-40k

Key Responsibilities

  Led ITR, GST, TDS, and TCS return filings with high accuracy and timeliness

 Managed litigation-related financial documentation and compliance processes

 Handled import/export shipments and costing analysis

 Drafted balance sheets and conducted quarterly financial audits

 Managed banking /loan documentation, stock statements, UFCE and other procedures

 Prepared working capital reports and cash flow projections

 Oversaw AP/AR and vendor management

 Supervised a 6-member accounts team ensuring reconciliation and compliance

 Analysed subsidies and ensured timely filings and claims

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

·        1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and/or import-export documentation preferred.

·        Hands-on knowledge of Busy Accounting Software is required.

·        Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, ledger and bank reconciliation.

·        Understanding of import/export documentation and coordination.

·        Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

·        Good communication, documentation and record-keeping skills.

·        Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks within timelines.
