Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant responsible for finalization of books, maintaining financial accuracy, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, audits, and supporting business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle finalization of books of accounts
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation and improve accounting processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience: 5–6 years as an Accountant (Senior role preferred)
• Candidates from CA firms with senior-level experience will be preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finalization
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of compliance and taxation
