Are you passionate about field sales, retailer engagement, and business development? UltraTech is looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to expand its retailer network and drive loyalty program adoption in the electrical market.

Key Responsibilities

Visit electrical retailers and promote the UltraTech Loyalty App.

Onboard retailers and electricians onto the loyalty platform.

Assist retailers with registration, documentation, and app usage.

Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.

Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular market visits.

Ensure accurate data collection and verification within the application.

Gather market intelligence and share insights with the management team.

Drive awareness and engagement for the UltraTech loyalty program.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Paints, Electronics, Building Materials, or related industries preferred.

Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of the local retail market.

Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
