Job Description

  • Ideally 3–5 years of relevant B2B field sales experience.
  • Direct experience selling MDF and HDHMR boards; plywood or laminate experience is an additional advantage.
  • Existing relationships with plywood dealers, board retailers, furniture manufacturers and modular furniture businesses.
  • A track record of opening new accounts and converting them into repeat buyers.
  • Experience negotiating prices, handling competitor offers, following up on payments and managing dealer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned Delhi NCR territory.


Requirements

  • Proven MDF / HDHMR field sales experience
  • Dealer network and market knowledge across Delhi NCR
  • Ability to acquire new dealers and close orders
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
  • Track record of sales target achievement
