Job Description
Boutique Italian & Continental restaurant + growing bulk/event food business looking for an experienced hands-on Senior Chef / Sous Chef.
You will handle:
• Restaurant kitchen operations
• Italian & Continental food production
• Daily prep & mise-en-place
• Bulk/event order production
• Kitchen team supervision
• Recipe consistency & quality
• Stock, wastage & hygiene
• Menu development
We need:
✔ 7+ years kitchen experience
✔ Strong Italian/Continental skills
✔ Hands-on cooking ability
✔ Experience managing kitchen staff
✔ Able to independently run a small kitchen
✔ Catering/bulk/event experience preferred
This is a hands-on leadership role in an independent boutique restaurant — not a large hotel kitchen.
