Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and project management teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project requirements.
• Ensure proper execution of work as per drawings, plans, and instructions.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and work updates.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate for site requirements.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
• Identify and report site issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Manage manpower and allocate daily work responsibilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper documentation.
• Requirements2–6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, civil, infrastructure, telecom, or utility projects.
• Good knowledge of site supervision and manpower handling.
• Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and site documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a field/site environment.
