About the RoleDigisparx Digital Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced Social Media Executive who can manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars based on client objectives.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for timely content creation.
• Write engaging captions, post copy, hooks, and social media content.
• Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, features, and platform updates.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid social media activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Good knowledge of content planning, social media strategy, and audience engagement.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to understand different brands, industries, and target audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work within deadlines and coordinate effectively with creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous digital marketing agency experience.

• Experience handling multiple clients across different industries.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of current Instagram/Reels trends.
