About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow EOCL India’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content creation, social media management, trend research, and coordinating with creative team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EOCL India’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.

• Plan and execute monthly/weekly content calendars and social media strategies.

• Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

• Coordinate and manage the Graphic Designer and Video Editor for creative requirements and timely content delivery. • Assist in shooting, video content creation, reels, and on-ground content activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and convert it into engaging social media content. • Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.

• Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels formats, hashtags, and content trends.

• Ensure consistent branding, quality, and timely posting across all platforms.

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management/content creation.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Good communication and copywriting skills.

• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.

• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics.

• Ability to coordinate and manage creative team members effectively.

• Comfortable participating in shoots and creating video/reel content.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Working Schedule Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Alternate Saturday Off
