Influencer Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our influencer marketing activities and help build strong relationships with creators across Instagram and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant beauty, makeup, fashion, and lifestyle influencers.
• Coordinate with influencers for collaborations, product gifting, barter campaigns, and paid promotions.
• Send collaboration messages, follow-ups, briefs, and campaign details.
• Maintain and regularly update the influencer database with contact details, followers, engagement, rates, and campaign status.
• Track influencer deliverables, posting schedules, links, content, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate product dispatches and ensure influencers receive the required products on time.
• Monitor influencer content and collect screenshots, links, and performance insights.
• Assist in negotiating basic collaboration terms and coordinating payments when required.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral content formats, reels, and emerging creators.
• Prepare regular reports on influencer campaigns and their results.
• Work closely with the social media and marketing team to execute campaigns smoothly.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of Instagram and influencer trends.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Should be comfortable communicating with multiple influencers daily.
• A genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and social media will be an advantage.
