Job Description
- Social Media Strategy & Content Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that blend organic and paid efforts to achieve business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales, and engagement).
- Paid Advertising Campaign Management
- Plan, create, launch, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across social platforms. This includes setting up Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (where relevant), and emerging platforms.
- Ad Creative & Copywriting
- Create high-converting ad creatives (short videos, carousels, images, Reels, Stories) and write persuasive ad copy that aligns with audience targeting and platform best practices.
- Audience Research & Targeting
- Conduct in-depth audience research, build detailed buyer personas, and implement precise targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom audiences.
- Budget Management & Bidding
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets, control ad spend, test bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS), and ensure efficient use of ad spend.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, reach, engagement) using platform analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party tools. Provide regular performance reports and insights.
- A/B Testing & Optimization
- Continuously test ad variations, creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Optimize campaigns in real-time based on data to improve performance and reduce wasted spend.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, ad formats, AI-powered advertising tools, and emerging trends (especially short-form video ads).
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all ads comply with platform advertising policies, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, marketing managers, sales teams, and external agencies to align social advertising with overall marketing campaigns.
