Social Media Marketing Executive

Manage the company's social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Plan and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly social media content calendar.

Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, product updates, and promotional content.

Write attractive captions, headlines, and relevant hashtags.

Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for creatives, banners, product images, and videos.

Promote company products, services, achievements, events, offers, and customer-related content.

Monitor comments, messages, enquiries, and social media interactions and respond professionally.

Generate leads and enquiries through social media platforms.

Monitor competitors and identify new social media trends and content opportunities.

Track social media performance, reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.

Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.

Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing agencies, if required.

Maintain consistency in the company's brand image, communication, and content quality.

Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, HR, and Management teams for required content.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Perform any other social media and marketing-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
