Job Overview

ANSI Technologies is looking for a motivated Software Engineer – Application Development & Pre-Sales to join our technology team in Delhi NCR.

The role is ideal for a software developer who enjoys both hands-on application development and client-facing technical activities. The candidate will work on application development, customization, integrations and support, while also assisting the sales team with technical discussions, product demonstrations, solution presentations and pre-sales activities.

Freshers with strong programming fundamentals and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop, customize and maintain web and business applications.
• Write clean, scalable and maintainable code.
• Work on frontend, backend or full-stack development based on project requirements.
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party applications and services.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
• Participate in testing, debugging and deployment activities.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Work with senior developers and project teams on implementation projects.
• Pre-Sales & Client InteractionParticipate in client meetings and understand technical requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution documents and presentations.
• Conduct product/application demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Support the sales team with technical explanations and solution positioning.
• Prepare basic Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demos.
• Research technologies and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Required SkillsGood understanding of software development and programming fundamentals.
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, C#, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web application development.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases and application integration.
• Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Git/version control is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work across different application development projects.
• PreferredInternship or project experience in software/application development.
• Experience developing websites, web applications, APIs or business applications.
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft or other business applications will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and third-party integrations.
• Ability to create technical demos or Proof of Concepts.
