Job Description

  • CaptainManage floor operations and supervise service staff.
  • Allocate duties and ensure smooth service.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen and Restaurant Manager.
  • Maintain service, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Guide and train Stewards and junior staff.
  • StewardGreet and serve guests professionally.
  • Take orders and ensure timely food & beverage service.
  • Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Coordinate with Captain and Kitchen team.
  • Handle guest requests and maintain service standards.
  • HostessWelcome and greet guests professionally.
  • Manage reservations, waiting lists, and guest seating.
  • Escort guests to their tables and coordinate table allocation.
  • Handle guest enquiries and phone reservations.
  • Maintain a professional reception area and guest experience.
