Job Description

Timing: 10.30am – 7.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pack hardware/spare parts safely and properly for dispatch.
  • Load and unload goods/materials from vehicles.
  • Check quantity and condition of material during packing and dispatch.
  • Arrange and organize packed goods in the warehouse.
  • Assist in shifting and handling stock as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the work area.
  • Manage and maintain daily stock records and inventory.
  • Receive incoming material and verify quantity and condition.
  • Maintain proper stock arrangement and warehouse organization.
  • Prepare and manage dispatch orders and invoices/documents.
  • Packing, loading, unloading and dispatch of materials.
  • Ensure correct material is dispatched as per order.
  • Maintain inward/outward stock records and update inventory regularly on Google sheet.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchase, and delivery teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
