Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure its smooth functioning.
- Open the store on time and ensure proper readiness before business hours.
- Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Attend to online customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable gemstones, jewellery, and other products based on their requirements.
- Actively promote products and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display, store cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Maintain regular communication with the head office regarding store operations and customer enquiries.
- Prepare and share daily sales and day-end operational reports with the head office.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and other store-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
