Job Description
Urgently looking for a store purchase manager for a cafe in greater Kailash should able to Manage purchasing of food, beverages, liquor, and restaurant supplies.
Maintain daily stock records and inventory levels.
Check the quality, quantity, and expiry dates of received goods.
Monitor liquor stock and prevent wastage or shortages.
Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and stock reports.
Coordinate with the chef, bar manager, and accounts team.
Ensure cost control, proper storage, and hygiene standards.
