Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Tally Work:

• Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt & Journal Entries in Tally
• Maintain Customer & Vendor Accounts
• GST billing, E-way Bill generation, and E-invoicing
• Invoice generation, voucher entry & account maintenance

Back Office & Admin Work:

• MIS reporting using MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Data entry, documentation & record maintenance
• Email drafting & coordination with clients/vendors
• Service follow-ups & internal coordination

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

✔ Extensive Experience in Billing

✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, reports)

✔ Ability to work independently

• Experience in E-commerce accounting/marketplace billing
