Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of 5 sales executives.
  • Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
  • Train team members to improve sales performance.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
  • Handle customer queries and convert leads into bookings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales, domestic holiday packages, or telesales.
  • Team-handling experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and lead-conversion skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and good at team management.
