• Job ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
• Handle daily team operations, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Guide team members and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Manage leads, client follow-ups, and coordinate with the sales and back-office teams.
• Maintain daily reports, MIS, team performance records, and target updates.
• Have knowledge of home loans, business loans, and loan processing procedures.
• Understand and verify loan-related documents, including:
• 
  
• Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and KYC documents
• Bank statements and salary slips
• ITR (Income Tax Returns)
• GST returns and GST registration documents
• Balance sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and financial statements
• Udyam Registration Certificate
• Business proof, income proof, and other loan application documents
• Property documents related to home loans, as applicable
• Coordinate with clients, banks, financial institutions, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and proper handling of client information.
