Team Leader Ecommerce

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Team Leader who has strong hands-on knowledge of seller/vendor onboarding, registration, product listing, catalog management, bidding and marketplace operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, or other online marketplaces and should be capable of managing a team while ensuring quality, productivity and business targets are achieved.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team handling seller/vendor registration and onboarding on various e-commerce and online marketplace platforms.
• Handle and guide the team on seller account creation, registration, verification and documentation.
• Have strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management, including product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, SKUs and categories.
• Manage and monitor product uploads, listing optimization and listing corrections.
• Knowledge of bidding/tendering processes and handling seller participation in online bidding platforms.
• Guide sellers/vendors regarding platform policies, registration requirements, listing guidelines and account-related issues.
• Monitor seller accounts and ensure timely resolution of listing, catalog, registration and marketplace-related issues.
• Track team performance against defined productivity, quality, TAT and business targets.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure accuracy of seller information and product listings.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace/platform support teams for issue resolution.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and seller onboarding.
