We, Ms/ Celledge Technologies Pvt Ltd are looking for an experienced Techinical Support Executives to join our team. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing Transmission Equipment’s, Machine and extending technical support to our on field team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functionality of MTNL/ BSNL Transmission Network and in Delhi Region.

Objectives of this role

Collaborating with On Field Team and Engagement with MTNL/ BSNL Officials to provide Techinical S for smooth operations. Performing on-site equipment installations, testing, maintenance, repairs and technical inspections at customer sites or project locations. Troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing problems and providing effective solutions in real time. Providing technical training and support to field technicians and client personnel. Maintaining detailed documentation of field activities, technical issues, and resolutions. Ensuring the safety and compliance of all field operations. 

Your Tasks:

Conduct equipment installations and ensure they meet technical specifications. Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment, systems and software at client sites. Diagnose technical issues, conduct repairs and test equipment for proper functionality. Perform routine maintenance, inspections and preventive measures to ensure equipment reliability. Respond to service calls and technical issues, addressing them promptly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of Filed Experience in Techinical Support
2. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues effectively.
3. Effective communication and teamwork for collaborating with teams and clients.
4. Project management abilities for coordinating and managing field activities.
5. Knowledge of safety and quality control practices in field operations.
6. Physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging field conditions.
7. Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in India's diverse market.
8. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
9. Knowledge of emerging field technologies and trends.
10. Experience with remote monitoring and data collection tools.
11. Proficiency in using field service management software.
