V G Impex is hiring enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers for customer support and voice process roles. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls and coordinating through platforms like IndiaMART and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Follow up on leads received from IndiaMART and social media
• Maintain call records and customer database
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Basic English communication skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Positive attitude and convincing skills
