Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Dial numbers from a provided database to pitch products or services.
  • Inbound Calls: Answer incoming questions and solve customer issues.
  • Lead Generation: Identify interested buyers and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Record Keeping: Update call logs and customer details in a CRM or Excel sheet.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly goals for calls, talk time, and sales. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication: Clear verbal skills and active listening.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Resilience: Patience and a positive attitude when handling rejection
