Job Description
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Speak with customers interested in selling cameras, lenses and photography equipment.
Follow up with existing leads and interested customers.
Explain our buying process clearly to customers.
Collect basic product and customer details.
Update call status and customer information in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the purchase and pickup team.
Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Comfortable handling approximately 30–40 calls per day.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
Telecalling / B2C customer handling experience will be preferred.
Female candidates preferred.
