Job Description
Recruitment & Calling• Call job applicants to screen their profiles and check their availability.• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until they join.• Maintain a pipeline of backup candidates for urgent requirements.Duty Allocation & Coordination• Assign daily or weekly tasks, shifts, and project locations to the staff.• Act as the main point of contact between field staff and corporate management.• Resolve scheduling conflicts, sudden absences, or double-bookings.Staff Attendance Management• Monitor and record daily employee attendance, logins, or clock-ins.• Track leaves, late arrivals, half-days, and overtime hours.• Compile monthly attendance data and share it with payroll teams for accurate salary processing.Daily Operations• Send daily deployment sheets or roster updates to team leaders.• Report operational bottlenecks or staff shortages to top management.
