Telecaller

• This job will have fixed and incentive system. Salary will be Rs.85,00- Rs. 15,000 and incentive can go upto Rs. 50,000.
• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent with expertise in balance transfer car loan or car loan to join our team.
• As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking information, assistance, or application processing related to loans.
• Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support while promoting our loan products and services. 
• This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls regarding personal loans, providing accurate and detailed information about the loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and application procedures. 
• Assist customers in understanding and assessing their loan needs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing guidance in selecting the appropriate loan options.
• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct credit checks and financial assessments of customers to evaluate their eligibility for personal loans, adhering to company guidelines and criteria.
