Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and respond to basic client questions.
  • Explain immigration, visa, work permit, and overseas job-related services.
  • Understand clients' requirements and share relevant information.
  • Follow up with interested clients and schedule consultation appointments.
  • Maintain client information and call records in the company's CRM or database.
  • Coordinate with the sales and immigration consulting team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
  • Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
