JOB DESCRIPTIONTelecaller – Credit Card Sales Company Name: Sawariya Growth Solution (SGS)
Job Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
- Job ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain credit card offers and benefits.
- Generate leads and convert them into credit card applications.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable credit card options.
- Follow up with interested customers to complete the application process.
- Explain eligibility criteria, required documents, fees and applicable charges accurately.
- Maintain daily calling records and sales reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth application processing.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
