Job Description

  • Telecalling & Executive AssistantJob ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to clients and potential customers.
  • Follow up regularly with clients regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and other requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales data in Excel sheets.
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, orders, and client interactions.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support as an Executive Assistant (EA).
  • Manage schedules, reminders, and follow-up activities as required.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients through professional communication.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups until the required action is completed.
