Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, or services
  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
  • Present products/services clearly and confidently to customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage the leads pipeline and track activity in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing within guidelines
  • Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries


KEY REQUIREMENT:

  • 1-2 years of work experience into core marketing field specially in a startup environment
  • Experience in SaaS or marketplaces etc
  • Exposure to international or multi-market growth
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred.
