Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Telecallers for selling Ayurvedic medicines through inbound and outbound calls. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and able to explain product benefits clearly to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads
- Understand customer health concerns and suggest suitable Ayurvedic products
- Explain product benefits and usage in simple language
- Close sales and confirm orders
- Maintain daily call and sales reports
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper coordination with the backend team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi (local language preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with sales targets
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps or CRM systems
- Experience in healthcare or Ayurvedic product sales will be an advantage
