Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Telecallers for selling Ayurvedic medicines through inbound and outbound calls. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and able to explain product benefits clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to company-provided leads
• Understand customer health concerns and suggest suitable Ayurvedic products
• Explain product benefits and usage in simple language
• Close sales and confirm orders
• Maintain daily call and sales reports
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper coordination with the backend team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or sales
• Good communication skills in Hindi (local language preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with sales targets
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps or CRM systems
• Experience in healthcare or Ayurvedic product sales will be an advantage
