💼 Role: Telecaller cum Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle inbound and outbound calls with candidates and clients.

·       Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.

·       Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.

·       Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.

·       Build and maintain a strong candidate network.

·       Assist in lead generation, client calling, and business development activities.

·       Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients and generate new business leads.

·       Follow up on leads and help convert genuine opportunities into business.

·       Achieve assigned recruitment and calling targets.

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

·       Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident personality.

·       Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

·       Prior experience in recruitment, tele calling, HR, sales, or lead generation is preferred.

·       Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

·       Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up consistently.

·       Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

·       Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
