Telecaller Outbound

Job Responsibilities -

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers using provided lead lists.
• Deliver clear sales pitches and explain product or service features, pricing, and benefits.
• Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and offer matching solutions.
• Handle objections, persuade prospects, and close sales or schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate daily records, call logs, and customer data in the CRM or Excel sheets.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely feedback documentation.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Language: Fluent in English and/or local regional languages (e.g., Hindi).
• Resilience: Positive attitude with high energy and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Education: High school diploma (12th pass) or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred
