Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to candidates for driver hiring.
  • Explain job details, salary, incentives, working hours, and location.
  • Screen candidates based on driving experience, license, and availability.
  • Collect and verify basic candidate information and documents.
  • Schedule interviews, driving tests, and joining dates.
  • Follow up with interested candidates until they join.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and daily calling reports.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams for successful onboarding.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and joining targets.
  • Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
  • Previous telecalling, recruitment, or field-staff hiring experience preferred.
  • Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
  • Confident, polite, and convincing communication style.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups.
