Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an experienced and confident Only Male Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with existing and potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales.
• Age is 30-40 appx. Good communication skills.
• Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
• Target-oriented and hardworking.
• Basic computer knowledge, Google sheet and CRM.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
