Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and follow up with prospective customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/candidates from the given database
- Handle inbound calls and resolve basic queries
- Explain products, services, or job details clearly
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Handle objections politely and professionally
- Update CRM or call tracking sheets regularly
