कंपनी का नाम: कुलसुम माना ट्रेड
पद (Position): टेलीसेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव / कॉल सेंटर एजेंट
जॉब का उद्देश्य:
कस्टमर से फोन पर बात करके कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट/सर्विस को प्रमोट करना और लीड्स को सेल में कन्वर्ट करना।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
- कस्टमर को कॉल करना (Inbound / Outbound)
- प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी देना
- लीड्स को कन्वर्ट करना और सेल क्लोज करना
- कस्टमर के सवालों का सही जवाब देना
- डेली रिपोर्ट अपडेट करना (Excel/CRM)
- कस्टमर फॉलो-अप करना
योग्यता:
- 10वीं / 12वीं पास (ग्रेजुएट प्रेफर्ड)
- हिंदी में अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल (English बेसिक हो तो बेहतर)
जरूरी स्किल्स:
- अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन
- कंविंस करने की क्षमता
- बेसिक कंप्यूटर नॉलेज
- सेल्स माइंडसेट
**कार्य समय
* 9 घंटे ड्यूटी
* हफ्ते में 1 दिन छुट्टी
सैलरी और इंसेंटिव:
* फिक्स सैलरी: ₹____

लोकेशन:
