Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain available courses and admission opportunities.
• Understand students’ educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly and convert leads into admissions.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, admission process, and payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and admissions.
• Handle candidate queries professionally and provide timely information.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission/sales targets.
• Build a positive relationship with prospective students and parents.
• Coordinate with the admission and counselling team for successful enrollment.
• Follow up on pending payments and admission documentation when required.

Candidate Require

• mentsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of sales, counselling, or telecalling.
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, education counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
