Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating interest, and converting leads into sales.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and their benefits clearly.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
