Telecalling Executive/ Sales Executive

Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our Visa Consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with the ability to interact with potential clients, generate leads, and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.

Candidates with previous experience in Travel & Tourism, Visa Consultancy, or related industries will be given preference but Freshers with good communication skills will be considered too.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our visa Advisory services.
2. Handle customer inquiries and follow up with interested prospects.
3. Generate quality leads and convert potential customers into clients.
4. Maintain daily calling records and update customer information.
5. Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
6. Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
7. Coordinate with the visa processing team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 months of telecalling, telesales, or customer handling experience.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

4. Target-oriented and confident personality.

5. Experience in Travel & Tourism or Visa Consultancy will be an added advantage.
