Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients, distributors, dealers, retailers, and corporate customers.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Introduce company products and explain their features, benefits, and commercial value.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases, lead details, and call records.
- Understand client requirements and forward qualified leads to the concerned sales team.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation objectives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare daily call reports and share progress updates with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to improve lead conversion.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
