- Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to join our growing team.
- Role Focused : Driving franchise sales Enhancing client engagement Applying strong negotiation skills to grow the business
- Key Responsibilities: Franchise Sales: Identify, approach, and convert prospects into franchise partners.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations with clients and franchisees to close deals on favorable terms.
- Qualifications: Graduation in any field; 1–3 years of relevant sales experience; strong communication and negotiation skills
- Key Competencies: Franchise Sales Expertise, Client Engagement Skills, Negotiation & Deal Closure
- A franchise salesperson is required; incentives will also be provided based on CTA targets
