Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Business Loan Sales/Telecalling
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Average Incentives: ₹10,000+ per month

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Loan Telecaller to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Business Loan sales/telecalling and should be comfortable handling customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Business Loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates and other details to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers and convert leads into successful cases.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for documentation and loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Loan Telecalling/Sales is mandatory.
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Business Loan products and documentation.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, FinTech or Loan DSA will be preferred.
Salary & Incentives
💰 ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
🎯 Average Incentives: ₹10,000+ per month
📈 Additional incentives may be available based on performance.
Immediate Joiners / Candidates with relevant Business Loan experience are preferred.
