📞 Telesales Executive - Insurance Sales

💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month

🎯 Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000+ per month

💵 Total Earning: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000+ per month

  • 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or cold leads.
  • Explain the features, benefits, coverage, and terms of Health Insurance plans clearly and persuasively.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Ensure all calls and sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
