Hiring: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Dwarka Sector 7, Near Rampal Chowk, New Delhi

Department: Sales & Marketing

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives (earning potential up to ₹40,000)

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Age: Below 30 Years

Gender: Male / Female

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell GST Franchisee services to prospective customers.
• Explain services, pricing and benefits clearly to customers.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain regular communication and build positive customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain calling, lead and sales records.
• Prepare basic sales reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Candidates with Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or B2C Sales experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based sales.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Dwarka Sector 7 office.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives with total earning potential of up to ₹40,000 per month.

Immediate joiners / candidates who can join shortly will be preferred.
