Job Description

Job Title: Ayurvedic Medicine Sales Executive / Telecaller

Company: Satkartar Life Ltd.

Job Location: Delhi / Noida

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Job Responsibilities:Contact customers through outbound calls and explain Ayurvedic medicines and healthcare products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products as per company guidelines.
  • Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, payments, and delivery-related queries.
  • Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, healthcare, or Ayurvedic product sales will be an advantage.
