About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Generate and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers and WhatsApp.
• Freshers are welcome; telesales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
