Position Insurance Telesales Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and customer focused candidates for the position of Insurance Telesales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining insurance products, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales
Explain insurance products, plans, benefits, and policy details to customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance policies
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM
Follow IRDAI guidelines and company policies
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification is 12th pass
Experience in BPO, telesales, telecalling, or insurance sales will be preferred
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Customer focused approach with good follow up skills
Basic knowledge of CRM is preferred
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
