Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Manager with proven experience in the loan/lending industry to lead, mentor, and drive a team of 10 telesales executives. If you excel at team building, performance management, and consistently hitting targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 telesales representatives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Coach the team on sales pitches, handling objections, and closing loan products efficiently.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (calls, conversion rates, pipeline) and drive daily performance.
  • Build a high-energy, high-conversion team culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in telesales management within the loan / NBFC / banking / fintech industry.
  • Strong team-building, leadership, and target-closing capabilities.
  • Highly result-oriented with a competitive drive.
