Job Description
**Territory Sales Incharge – Grind Magico**
Grind Magico is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Incharge to manage and grow sales in the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop sales and business in the assigned territory.
* Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, cafés, restaurants, hotels and HORECA customers.
* Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
* Conduct market visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the distributor/retailer network.
* Take orders and follow up with customers for payments and deliveries.
* Monitor competitor activities, market prices and customer requirements.
* Submit regular sales reports to management.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Coffee or HORECA sales preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of the local market.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
* Smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge required.
**Salary:** Fixed Salary – Negotiable + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance.
